Geldards Law Firm
Mobile Display

Location – Cardiff

Requirement: Large, Mobile Format Display with Floor Connectivity

The Brief

The Facilities management team at Geldards approached Drake Av with the brief of creating a mobile, large format display setup for their Boardroom in Cardiff. The room also featured walls that could be combined to create three smaller meeting spaces. The solution needed to be able to display simultaneous content when the room was opened up, and also connect directly to locations within the room when it was divided into smaller spaces.

The Boardroom featured an existing floor grid system that provided power and network to each room. The team at Geldards wanted to replicate a similar connection for the AV equipment but needed the system to be easy to set-up and manage, so that most end-users could engage without the need for in-room IT/FM support.
