The Background

Wherever you are working you need to be able to meet and discuss.

Microsoft Teams and several other systems allow us now to connect from anywhere and take part in the meeting. What we have to ensure is that the sound quality and the picture quality make this effortless and comfortable. We need to allow everyone to see what they want to see. (Is the chair nodding or shaking her head?)

This is where Drake AV with our years of experience comes in.

Hybrid

So now, we need to think about a different type of meeting – a hybrid meeting. Hybrid meetings combine both in-person and on-line meetings.

There will be an in-person meeting in the boardroom or the hotel room. There will also be people in the meeting who are not present in the room.

Our aim is to make sure that you can be in-person or you can be online and still take a full part in the meeting.

We have the experience and the skills you need to make the system just right for your requirements. we can do this for installed systems in your office and we can do this for special events in a warehouse or a hotel room.

Staging a Hybrid Event

We can set up all the staging and lighting you would expect in a live event. We can also set up the tools you need to allow the remote participants to fully join in. We can use Zoom or Teams or any other system. Each platform brings its own features and limitations and we can help you decide which will suit your people and your objectives the best.
