Drake AV Video was incorporated in 1971 and took over from an existing business in Cardiff called ‘Sound Film Services’ which was founded in 1946. We are a family run business and we’ve seen all kinds of audio visual technology from 35mm cine film projection to OHP’s through to the latest video conference technology. Our core values still remain the same as when we first began trading which are to deliver intuitive audio visual solutions just the way you want them.

We’ve been accredited with and adhere to the ISO 9001 quality management standard and we are accredited with Safe Contractor ensuring that our health and safety processes are handled correctly and sufficiently on our clients sites. We are members of Infocomm International the trade association representing the professional audio visual and information communications industries worldwide. We are very proud of our engineers and their commitment to training, 20% of our workforce are CTS certified, which is recognised worldwide as the leading AV professional credential.
