The Event

When event organiser Mondale Events got in touch with us seeking something extra special for a product launch for their client Merz Pharmaceutical, we knew this would be right up our street……


The guests arrived to a drinks reception. For this we lit the area with creative lighting, using LED up-lighters to light pop-up display banners and walls.


The delegates then moved to a pre-dinner key-note lecture in the main conference room. For this we designed a widescreen bespoke set reflecting the new product branding.


We also designed and produced an animated graphic to link in-between presentations.

Afterwards the delegates dined in the Newbury Suite, a dramatic space that includes a stylish water feature, high ceilings and large windows. In this space we produced and suspended large canvas banners in the window spaces. The banners, water feature and tables were lit with imaginative lighting effects.


The following day the delegates returned to the main conference room for the key presentations and into workshops in smaller meeting rooms. We supported the main conference and workshops ensuring all the sound and visual presentations ran smoothly.


The event organiser and their customer were delighted with the stage design, the lighting effects and the Drake technical support.
